    I strongly suspect that you may have violated some of the rules guiding this seoclerks in terms of buying services. if you did not receive any message of infraction before, you may contact the support staff or just contact them i case you are in doubt of anything at all.

    Seems like you have a buyer's infraction, never saw one of these until now! Is usually the seller who gets panelized overall kind of different things and rules. Buyers had long time been spared from infractions and some of them felt that they can do pretty much anything, including blackmailing sellers with negative reviews and always asking for a refund after they got what they paid for.

    Don't know exactly if you did anything wrong though, best thing you should do is to contact support and ask them for clarifications. Cheers.
