Since you are here on this website chances are you have your own website, or possibly even more than one? Maybe you are a blogger or perhaps you have an online store... we are all after the same thing - traffic, rankings and of course money!
I have 4 websites, 3 I am blogging on full time and the 4th website I am busy with my planning and hope to launch it next year. It is just set on "coming soon" for now!
I run my websites all on my own, I do almost all my own SEO work, content writing and marketing.. but I do hire SEO freelancers regularly and here's why!
Hiring an SEO Freelancer is cheaper in the long run
Yes I really believe this!
Getting services from an SEO company works out really expensive and you could be tired into a contract that you might find hard to get out of it you are not happy with the work.
Having your own staff is always costly, ask anyone that has staff. I know I will probably never hire another staff member ever again!
I only buy what I need!
This is the thing that I love the most about hiring an SEO freelancer. I do almost all the work myself and there are just a few little things that I can’t get to.
These things that I can’t get to are made up of three categories: things I don’t have time to get to but I could do if I had the time, things I don’t want to do because they are tedious and I have better things to do with my time, things that are out of my expertise and I want someone that is better than me to do these jobs.
I have more control over what SEO work is done
You can choose specific services to close the gaps I mentioned above and each time your order a service you control exactly what keyword you are targeting, what types of links you are looking for and which urls of your website are being juiced up with SEO.
I can monitor the performance of each service
Something I love is that at the completion of a service I receive reports and I can
monitor the success of the services I have ordered.
I can use a different SEO freelancer for different jobs!
Each person has his or her strengths and weaknesses. One person cannot be the best at all SEO functions. I use a different person for content writing, for backlinking SEO services and for social media services.
I can spend time finding the perfect SEO freelancer for each job.
SEO freelancers work for themselves – they are driven to succeed
If you hire a huge SEO company to take care of your SEO chances are the employees that do the majority of your work get paid a salary. This is not a bad thing as such, but it is very different dealing directly with a person that is being paid directly by you.
Someone that needs your positive review and recommendation. Someone that is highly invested in providing you with quality SEO services and having you as a return customer.

I always hire people to do SEO, article writing, posting, etc. for me because I just don't have the time to do it on my own
Outsourcing your work is a HUGE time saver since you don't have to do the work yourself and you can actually double, or triple your money because you can focus on other aspects of your business
When I'm setting up a website I'll always do the on page optimization myself as well as the initial content generation. After the website begins to profit, if it profits, then I will hire a writer to constantly add high quality content that is optimized. I usually pay a little more for these posts because they are 1,000+ words and perfectly optimized, but they're worth it. One of my websites is in the business finance niche and my writer does around 10 to 30 posts a month on it. I pay him between $150 and $450 per month to do this content and if anyone signs up for the services listed on the website, I make much more than what I invested Now I won't get a ton of leads, but I will get 1 or 2 I would outsource even more work to my writer but he's already stretched thin and still takes my 10 to 30 1,000+ word articles
Outsourcing makes the world go round and everyone is happy... usually lol.
The one thing I've found with outsourcing my work, that I don't like, is that someone will find a good service on a platform and then post the exact same thing on the same platform and increase the price. They won't even edit the service description, they'll just do a copy/paste job and increase the price lol So you'll have to do a bit of searching in order to find the original seller just so there aren't 100 middle men all asking questions down the line until it gets to the original seller. Pretty good write up :D I always hire people to do SEO, article writing, posting, etc. for me because I just don't have the time to do it on my own :( Outsourcing your work is a HUGE time saver since you don't have to do the work yourself and you can actually double, or triple your money because you can focus on other aspects of your business :D When I'm setting up a website I'll always do the on page optimization myself as well as the initial content generation.
