When it comes to applied SEO one of the most important tools you need to check on a daily basis is Search Console, formally known as Google Webmaster Tools, but for years now Bing has its own version of Search Console called Bing Webmaster Tools.
Has anyone here gone to the trouble of setting such an account? I would only do it when a website I'm administrating will get a lot of organic traffic from Bing, otherwise no, I don't really have any reason to implement it for my clients. Most of the rely on local organic traffic and very few people here (if any) use Bing as a search engine, everyone uses Google so the potential organic traffic one might get from Bing is very slim.
On the other hand, I also have some international based clients that may profit from some Bing traffic. Does setting up a Bing webmaster tools will get you better ranks in Bing?

I just thought well if there are things that may help my websites SEO why not give it a go. I forgot all about that until now, I haven't even gone back and looked at it again to be honest. I don't even remember what my password or anything is LOL.
I do rank on Bing, I checked so that is enough for me. I just put all my focus onto Google because well there is a reason why people say "Google It" instead of search online. Never have I heard anyone say "just Bing it", right? I registered my websites on Bing Webmaster Tools and I have no idea how this affects my website SEO and my rankings. I have no idea but someone said I should do it and at that stage I didn't even know there was a Bing Webmaster Tools.
