This question was inspired by another discussion here. Can anyone give me tips and ideas on how to start and build really large and active Facebook groups?
Yes I have a few groups but they are not very large or very busy either. I would love to build some really large groups in different niches and then use them to post my content to so that I make easier sales because I can pin my content.
Yes I know nothing is easy and doing something like this will take some hard work, but that is just fine I am happy to put the work in if I know if will be worthwhile in the long run.

As far as I can see facebook groups that are still active or that are newly created, have all spontaneity borne out of a certain necessity to discuss a certain topic or to interact on certain services.
So my suggesting is to make it look all natural at first, don't force any marketing techniques until a solid community is built. Think about a niche where no trace of "business" will enter user's minds. Because as soon as the get a sniff of bullcrap and marketing, you are doomed.
