How Much Organic Traffic is Considered A Good Amount for a Website

I just want to know from everyone here what they consider to be a good amount of daily free organic visitors?

I hear so many different things when it comes to organic traffic and I often feel completely confused.

So what would you consider to be a nice amount of daily organic visitors to aim for?

And yes I know, how long is a piece of string and all that... but just share your personal opinion on this topic please?

I guess it really depends on your conversions and not just your traffic. If you're getting 1,000 uniques a day and 0 sales, that's not good. Now it could be your traffic sources or it could be the pages they're landing on. So in reality you could be getting 10 people to your website and it would be just as good as 1,000 if the conversions were bad lol.

After I optimize my content to increase my conversions I'll focus on my traffic, but ONLY after. I try to not think of how much traffic I'm getting because it will never be enough lol.

For a low competitive niche, aim for 1,000 uniques a day. You can do it, but it will take a good amount of work because there won't be as many people looking for what you have.
For a highly competitive niche, aim for 5,000 uniques a day. This is much harder since you will be working a lot on your SEO and marketing campaigns to pull in the traffic. But once you do crack into the top of the rankings you'll notice a huge flood of traffic coming in and opening up their wallets How Much Organic Traffic is Considered A Good Amount for a Website

I try to just target as many keywords as I can in order to pull traffic from all over. I'll have my pages set up so that they are willing to click through to other subpages and in turn reduce my bounce rate How Much Organic Traffic is Considered A Good Amount for a Website

My bounce rate is very low on the website I have been working on recently so that is good and I have a good few hundred visitors, I think I need to really up the amount of content I am getting up!

Oh this is really discussable How Much Organic Traffic is Considered A Good Amount for a Website and it depend what you looking for and what you can handle. Really organic traffic is not always easy to get and it can vary each day. When it comes to real and organic traffic, and if you can do it in low bounce rate, then get as much it's possible, there is no upper limit i guess. Only limit can be, what your server can handle. So go get it as much as possible How Much Organic Traffic is Considered A Good Amount for a Website

If we are talking about content based websites that actually aim for organic traffic I would say 60% to 70% should be a nice healthy share a website must have.

As far as the amount of visitors per day, well, what do you want? 10k organic traffic per day or 100k? Of course everyone will choose the later, there is no real limit, if you have a lot of organic traffic it means you really are doing something special as far as SEO goes and you should keep doing it!
Also, finding ways to actually convert and monetize that organic traffic your getting would absolutely necessary, after all, we're all here to earn a living.

It does not matter whether your traffic is organic, direct, social media or email marketing traffic. What matters is you are not buying traffic from PTC, traffic exchange or traffic services. Whether people land on your website through search engines (organic traffic) or from social media (social media traffic), what ultimately matters is traffic conversion. Traffic conversion means the visitors' engagement on your website such as ad clicks, product purchase, subscriptions etc.

Pardon me for asking but in another topic, I had read about viral traffic and in this thread there is organic traffic. Can anyone enlighten me on this, please? For me, any kind of traffic is good as long as it is legit and not coming from visits of bots. So maybe the more traffic, the better since it will reflect on the hits count and that’s what matters most when it comes to monetization.

Viral traffic means the content/website suddenly starts getting a lot of traffic. the viral traffic is not stable traffic as it will drop, sometimes even to zero. The organic traffic is the traffic that you receive from search engines when your website appears during the internet search. The organic traffic depends on your position on SERP and the keyword usage.
The best traffic is organic traffic, however, it does not hurt if you get viral traffic once in a while.

I don't think there should be a limit to it especially if the blog is monetize with AdSense because more organic traffic means both money and ranking. So it shouldn't be limited. 80% organic is great for a site.
