i hired someone to do works for me faster but he too late and make me embarased with my clients now he changed delivery time more higher what to do and i have no alternative to him

Hi sanfora thanks for your question. I am sure you have purchased service from SEOclerks, is it? If so, after purchase any service from seller, if seller change deadline after place of order by you, dead line still remains same for you. Deliver time never change which already purchased service. For example, you see deadline for one day, when you purchased and if seller change dead line, will not effect on your current order. So, I think it does not matter for taking any step. You can cancel order now, if you do not want to deal any more. Or, ask him for next purchase, is he able to deliver order within your expected time or not?

There's not much you can do if you want to order in the future. The seller was probably swamped with orders so they adjusted the delivery time to help their efficiency. You could always ask the seller, if you are one of their good buyers if they could try to deliver your orders a bit faster. However, if they apply the quick delivery feature you could order that, and hopefully get the order delivered faster.

If ther eis really no alternative, then you have to do it your self. Everyone is allowed to set and change his time for delivery because of load of work he have to do at the time. If you deal with this person frequently you may try to set special deal and ask for pririty and faster delivery...

If he promised a particular date try to see if he can stick to it. It might be that he has an emergency or maybe he is sick. Sellers are people with their families and other commitments too after all. I suggest that you plan in advance, such as ordering way before the time you need the work completed so that you allow a more reasonable timeframe for a seller to complete it. If the deadline he specified was subject to a higher payment and he is not going to honor that, i guess you have every right to cancel or reject.

If he changed the delivery time during the process of your order, then he'll have to deliver within the time frame he had when you placed your order. In case he doesn't, then you'll be able to leave him negative feedback for being late. Personally, I wouldn't do that though, but you could. It's up to you. He failed to deliver in time.. The feedback you leave him because of that, is totally up to you.

However, if you can't see any other alternatives, I would suggest changing your own delivery time too. As I assume you're reselling this particular service? - Which would be the reason you're embarrassed. So tell your clients that changes has to be made and deliver the service as quickly as possible. In case you end up with a unsatisfied client because of this. Refund him immediately. Don't force him to pay for the service. Just take this loss in that case. It's better to lose a bit of money on this specific order than getting negative feedbacks. Negative feedbacks can ruin your entire business.

Such scenarios can arise and in some cases, it might be circumstances beyond the control of the seller, so I would suggest you have a talk with the seller to see ways that you guys can bring a better working relationship. I expected the seller to have contacted you on issues like this for it will show how he/she cares about keeping up the reputation, but since he didn't, try and contact and see what the problem is.
