Any help with getting more blog comments?

I know for those of us that blog or run a blog some times starting out can be the toughest part, so i am curious as to see what the opinions are like on SEOClerks about finding ways to get your blog comments going. Iused to work in this restaurant where my manager taught me to put a dollar of mine in the tip jar, he told me people are more likely to tip if they are not the first ones and i feel that is the same concept. yea you do have a point there i give you that it is not really love at all , but when i say love i mean like a scratch your back scratch my back type of love , it is like social media when you comment on some ones photo and give a compliment people take the time to compliment back correct well that is what i mean but i also see what you are saying of course i understand that nobody will take the time to read any piece that you manage to put if the topic does not interest them
