We all know what being tired feels like, feeling drained like you do not want to do any thing in the world is a terrible feeling, but i have to be honest i have met a few people who can still actually get things done with a lack of sleep. So i want to know for every one on SEOClerks, how does a lack of sleep effect you and your writing and do you think it makes a big difference or can you guys go about you business and handle what needs to be done? How important is sleep too you and your work?

Being very tired will result in low efficiency as well as a lack of creative flow. So, in other words, your writing and resulting content will be affected and will probability suck. So you if you have a deadline but you are very tired, I recommend you sleep for about 45 minutes, no more, no less. It will boost you up and you will function good for another few hours. As I'm writing this I realize I was pretty sleep deprived the last few days. Had only slept about 4-5 hours and I usually need 7-8 hours to be at my best. Still, feel fine at the moment but I think I need a good night sleep tonight. Being very tired will result in low efficiency as well as a lack of creative flow.
