Hey guys,
I've previously made these topics:
How Do You Set Your Prices?
How Do You Set Your Prices Of Your Ebooks?
How To Find Buyers For MRR (Master Resale Rights)?
And, this is kind of similar.. But not entirely, as this topic is to address HOW TO set the prices for MRR and/or PLR products.
Here's some information about MRR (Master Resale Rights):
MRR rights make it possible for you to resell the product along with the basic resell rights that come along with it, meaning your customer will be able to sell the product to his/her customers as well. MMR products are more favorable for prospects would like to be able to distribute the product among themselves in order to make money or gain from it. MRR rights are similar to Resell Rights and you are not allowed to claim authorship or change the product in any way.
Private Label Rights (PLR)
PLR rights not only allow you to buy the product, but also give you the ability tochange it in any way you want to. A PLR product can basically be treated as if you had created it yourself as the author, along with the resell rights; however you are not allowed to claim the copyright on the product.
Buying PLR would always be a good investment, BUT be sure to read the license agreement beforehand, for some PLR products will still have restrictions forbidding certain actions like giving the product away for free or changing the content itself. Branding rights are confused with PLR nowadays and some products will only allow you to brand the product with your own affiliate links, nothing more.

PLR and MRR products can be tricky, but there are ways around them if you want to get tricky lol
If you want to slap your own logos and links into the documents and claim them as your own, you'll need them to be rewritten. You can either do this yourself of hire someone that knows the niched the PLR or MRR product covers. If you write it in your own words then you aren't breaking any laws I've done this plenty of times in the past when I purchased an ebook that I thought was either lacking or I wanted to give it to my clients. I would rewrite everything in the ebook and add my own twist to things in the book. This way if the author of the original ebook sees my ebook, they can't contact a lawyer and sue me There are numerous ebooks, PLR documents/books and MRR documents/books out there and if we bought 10 of them from our niche we could match up a lot of the content even though there was no contact between the authors. Sooooooo write "your own" book, file, document, etc. and don't worry about the haters lol
How do you set the prices for something like this?
This all depends on the niche. Do your research and check out your competition. If they're selling their books or documents for $10 a piece, you sell yours for $8 You'll make $2 less, but you'll make twice as many sales as if you were at $10. You'll have to play with the pricing because some things sell better with a .95 or a .99 at the end compared to a .00
What is it worth and how do you measure the value?
The length or size of the PLR or MRR documents usually determines the value. Well, if you need money right away, you'll need to lower the price to get a quick sale. After the first few sales, or when you don't need money, you can increase the pricing of your work. You'll make a few less sales, but you'll already have the reviews from when it was cheaper so people will be more willing to purchase Hey hitmeasap, PLR and MRR products can be tricky, but there are ways around them if you want to get tricky lol :D If you want to slap your own logos and links into the documents and claim them as your own, you'll need them to be rewritten.
