About 50% of my orders are recieving feedback, but the buyer is confused and is sending the feedback as a message and not using the feedback box.
When looking at it, it is not very clear for the buyer and i think i few adjustments and a big positive and negative button, would make it a lot easier for buyers to leave feedback.
