Free domains: Real or Fake

I received a mail from anonymous mail id telling we can get free domain from one.com for one year. Is it truth or someone trying to fool me. I have searched the web but not found anything like this.

There is nothing free and you have to pay the price for what you do. And in that context, you have to find out how they are offering things for free. You can realize that godaddy offers free stuff but they later take the double price from you. They add taxes and stuff here and there. And things get added up into this. As you can see that domains such as this don't end up being free but more expensive later.

First of all, I've never heard of that provider. I guess they're not yet that established. If be weary of I were you. Second, when you avail of a web hosting service for the first time, they provide you with a free domain for one year. In the succeeding years, you'll have to pay.

Last January, I was lucky to avail of a Justhost promo. I got a free domain for life! Maybe it was just a way of saying thanks for being with them for such a long time already.

In conclusion, there's such a thing as being given a free domain from a paid hosting service provider. Just make sure that the said web host provider is a trusted provider by reading reviews and digging into their background.

I guess there are many freebies in the internet and we can believe that the domain that you can use is free courtesy of a commercial site. The question now is the setup or arrangement because most of those free sites have their own advertising and that you cannot join Adsense for your site. If that is the case then you are just like paying the domain with the ads that they put on your site.
