    Subdomain or subfolder, which ranks better on Google search?

    Would a subdomain for a main site rank better than a subfolder on that site? Which will you choose?

    I understand the sub-domain because I had a little participation when our office website was being designed. But I don’t think I know sub-folder so I had to check it out. Oh well, one site said that SEO treats sub-domain and sub-folder equally which means there is no difference at all. Maybe we can put a rest to the debate about the efficiency between sub-domain and sub-folder.
