Hi,

Cloaking and doorway pages in SEO. These are purely black hat SEO technique. A Doorway page is a keyword stuffed page which after a few minutes redirects to another page by using meta refresh. But this is consider as black hat technique.

Cloaking is also consider as black hat technique. in cloaking bot sees different content whereas the visitors see a totally different content, It may refer to hidden text in a web site.

Doorway Pages: These are created to get high rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs) and as soon as the visitor clicks on any such page in SERPs they are taken to a different page altogether. Basically the link they click on gets redirected to a different page which may not be a quality one. This activity is basically used to fool the users/visitors.

Cloaking: Cloaking on the other hand happens when two versions of a page are created. One for search engines and one for users. This can be done using some scripting techniques. Which version to show is dediced on the basis of IP addresses and user agents. The search engine version is optimized to rank high in SERPs. This technique is used to fool search engine unlike doorway pages.

Cloaking is a technique where in the content presented to the robot is different from that presented to the user's browser.. and Doorway pages are simple HTML pages that are customized to a few particular keywords or phrases, and its programmed to be visible only by specific search engines and their spiders.

in cloaking bot sees different content whereas the visitors see a totally different content.

Cloaking is a synthetic methods used for boosting rankings and many a time website are penalized by search engine doing this activity.

Doorway pages are easy to recognize in that they have been designed mainly for search engines, not for human beings. This page explains how these pages are delivered technically, and some of the problems they pose.
