    What if you find that one of your under construction pages has been indexed and is ranking. What would you do?

    Hi Beverly, I suggest that use NoIndex and NoFollow tag for under construction Pages.

    Ex : <META NAME="ROBOTS" content="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW">

    It is the best way to stop Indexing and ranking for under construction Pages.

    I think under construction can Indexing on google but Rank not possible to get on Google

    Yes, under construction pages can also be indexed in Google if you allow search engines to index your page via robots.txt file..

    Even if the page is indexed, it won't have much content on it, so it won't really rank well for any keywords. Google doesn't know a page is incomplete. It indexes as it finds pages.
