    Lowest earnings on Adsense?

    Are there days when you earn nothing or next to no money from your Adsense ads? What can be done about low earning days? Do you have strategy to help increase your traffic so you get more clicks?

    Smart ad placement and matching ad blocks to your site is the easiest way to increase your ad clicks. If you put the ads where they can't be seen, then it's only common sense you won't get many clicks.

    I use Adsense on over a dozen websites. I check my adsense earning and ad performance daily. There are days when I just earn one cent. However, I think it is natural of have that kind of earning once in a while because traffic conversion does not happen always. However, if I see one cent earning on the second day, I worry and begin to teak my ads as well as content.

    As I had posted in another topic, my husband’s blog has been earning $100 every 2 years. That’s on a moderate traffic since he has no time in promoting his blogs although I know that he’s got regular readers. But in the recent past, he had neglected updating his blogs and now it’s been 3 years already and the usual $100 is nowhere in sight. Adsense is a good way to earn but you have to work for it – promote your site relentlessly.
