Recently, I started asking buyers to leave a review or recommendation. That's all you can do. Some buyers don't even know it's possible to leave a review or have not done so in the past, so they might not leave a review unless you ask. You could give that a try. As for dissatisfied buyers, there will always be a few, depending on what service you offer. Just do your best to work with these people. And, if they cause too many issues, decline the chance to work with them in the future.

Hi Haider,

If they don't leave me a review then nothing, that simple. It's their choice if they want to take the time to leave feedback and they have no obligation whatsoever to do so.

Sure everyone wants feedback, that's a given but it doesn't change the fact that buyers gain nothing from leaving feedback so you cannot hold anything against them for if they choose not too.

All you can do is keep up good communication, provide the best possible Service, leave a friendly reminder and then hope for the best.

Maybe these people are just too busy to write out and leave a review. A thumbs up is usually enough to count, right? And, this feature is built into the order completion process, so it really takes no effort on the buyer's part.

Buyers should be compelled to leave a review or forfeit the right to do so. That way it would make them want to review your service after completion.
