As far as for my personal experience How I got level 3 and good ratings and recommendations are below , Hope these few thing will give you some good idea how to get good ratings

Always over deliver:
First My strategy was to to deliver customer more than he ordered ( like if he order for my service for example : My service is 5$ than I found few things more related to my service which is worth more than 5$ in importance and are completely relevant to my service & i give him for free so as to make me a good review and recommendation )

Make Good services:
Just remember and always Make service and see them as a buyer that if you were a buyer and this service will give you what more than just a service to make you happy and then just create the service while considering just to make buyer happy .

Good response time :
The most important thing what makes buyer more happy is a prompt response > This is the first thing every buyer attracts to . Your response time as for me I always remain online like 20 hours a day from mobile and pc and from workstation . I dont deliver order more quickly because my services are bit different totally depends on buyer coming online thats why . But as far as my work here at seoclerk If the buyer gets prompt response from the seller this is counted as a positive point to the buyer .

Always keep buyer updated:
Now the other most important thing is always keep the buyer updated about the order status . If you are delivering likes or whatever the status is atleast send 2 messages a day to keep him updated . Because I saw many negative reviews here on seoclerk that seller dont respond to messages and keep us updated . So I think if you keep him updated this will build a good communication relation between you and the buyer . And he will definitely leave a positive .

Always check on him and give him support even after reviewing :
I always manage to keep the good relation with my buyer by giving him support even after purchasing and reviewing . This is especially for likes and social services seller . Its so simple that if a buyer gets a message from after 3 or 4 days old order that everything is allright He will definitely consider you as a legit seller and will definitely come to you again as you gave him over delivery support .
