I got a negative review today because the buyer found me rude. We are talking about 1 dollar service here and even though I delivered everything and all that, he had the impression that somehow he was my boss and telling your boss the truth about something apparently makes you rude.
For all the potential clients out there: Being the buyer doesn't mean you have to be a demanding prick, especially if the seller delivers everything he promised.
Show some respect and maybe some understanding and both parties will win. How knows, maybe you'll get more help then you actually expected.
