My account deleted? how to balance it me?

oh my god, this morning I checked my account and it was deleted, how to that is in the account? balance? order one? did you take it? I could buy a laptop of that money: (you pick it up? whether will you return? my balance is $900 in my account.
balance that I used to sell in one of the social media, I sell followers twitter, you tube views and others by way of a message to other sellers and take a little advantage. but lost my capital with my account

Do you think someone could have illegally accessed your account and if so was there a reason given in your email for why the account was banned? The staff should be able to resolve the issue or at least tell you why the account was banned
