I have done this in order to get more orders from these buyers. That 15 buyers are purchasing service from TOP rated sellers here regularly I just send a PM to every one to know about my service. But after this I am not able to send message to any one
I am getting this error

I don't What can I do now. I can't even able to reply my client with words like ( followers, likes .etc). I don't know Whether sending more messages in quick succession is wrong. So please I apologize if I have done something wrong. Please help me to survive from this problem. I am a LEVEL 3 seller and I am working hard to promote to LEVEL X. I am updated all my service with unique images and trying to get more sales So only I have send message to many TOP BUYERS here.
I have a fear of account restriction. I am working in Seoclerks for an year I have 933 Positive review and NO negative reviews so far PLease help me. I am not able to send messages.
Please help me Friends I have send a Support ticket as well. Share me your thoughts Please

I think the main reason is mass messaging, contact support for that and also check your infraction section - sometimes it leads to infraction for sending mass messages.

Yes now I was given a infraction as well. I was depromoted to LEVEL 1. I have fear of account restriction I am totally sad and afraid. Created a support ticket no response yet.
I swear bro I don't know Sending same message to many User is a Spam. I have updated all my service, changed service images to Image I have designed. So only I have selected TOP buyers here and send them my price list. I am working in SEOclerks for an year I am honest and have respect in SEOclekrs. I won't commit anything against it. Please understand mate. My motive is to increase my sales Not spamming our site.
I am really sad bro Looking for customer support reply. Will they remove my infraction bro? I am not able to send messages bro. Getting order But not able to reply with words like ( likes,followers, k, facebook and so on ). I apologize if I done wrong. I can't did this purposely I am Legit!!

Don't worry mate, they will not restrict your account if this is your first infraction (at main page you can see the expiry date of infraction) wait for that and everything will be ok, Stop counting staff will contact you soon

Dec 26 is the expiration date. Is any way to remove the infraction ? Frankly I did'nt know this is wrong ( Sending mass messages ). I apologize for that.Will customer support team remove the infraction ? See my message as well I have'nt typed any thing ( Spam ) Just inform the buyers about my service. This infraction is creating fear on me.

Your were automatically flagged by the system which is why you can't send messages. Your should use a status update with email for this type of announcement, not mass PM.

Well wait for reply from staff. Only they can help you, explain each and everything there and they will surely help you. Getting one infraction is not a big mistake, try using status update with email for informing everyone.

Yes, you can't send messages if your infraction is not removed or expired. This is because of mass messaging.

Will the customer support team remove the Infraction if I tell them reason cleanly? Not able to reply my buyers who purchased my service!! Feeling sad!!
