So here is my story. I got infracted 2 weeks ago. 2 Sales were mutually cancelled and that is why I got infracted was because of low quality services. But listen to this.
One of those orders cancelled should not have been. I clearly stated in the description that "These likes nor followers are not permanent". I told Jordan that, I told the whole support team that. They ignored and didn't remove the infraction.
The other order. This order was one month old after it was cancelled. I heard that orders that are a month or so old cannot be cancelled nor refunded. Also, That service that I used to provide was deleted by me 2 weeks before my infraction. I was told that if I deleted my service, then it shouldn't be a problem in the future.
I talked to Jordan. He is a great guy. He has helped me through a lot of stuff and has even given me a chance to make more money. I told him this, "I know I have dodged a couple infractions before, but my service stated the likes were not permanent and I deleted the other service weeks ago." Nothing seemed to work. I deleted that service, to what I thought would not be a problem anymore.
I know the likes/followers dropped and that is never good but should we get infracted for it?
I mean, we already lose the money we thought we earned which is worse for me since I am a reseller. It was not my fault the followers dropped. It was my suppliers.
Social Presence is something that is always going to drop, buyers, sellers, administrators, support team members, everyone needs to understand this. But why would we keep selling this stuff? Because we have to live, we have to make money to support ourselves and our families.
I said I was a reseller. I have no money left to buy and sell services since i am at level 1. I have over $400 waiting to be cleared and withdrawn so I can buy and resell services once more. Since I am at level 1 my withdraw limit is already up.
I was mad that Jordan did not remove my infraction. So I bought another seller's Twitter service (I am not going to give the sellers username) to show that I am not the only seller who can't provide permanent followers even though we still sometimes put that in our service titles or descriptions. I added my twitter username so the seller could add. He did within hours. Suddenly over the next few days more and more followers dropped. What did I do? I sent in a ticket. I said "Even though this seller probably works hard to leave customers happy and works hard to support their family, Infract him. Make him wait for his money. Discourage him, Punish him." This is what it felt like the buyer, the support team member, and Jordan said to me.
So, did the seller get infracted? No. I got punished more.
Thanks for reading. I hope you can agree with me.

If a seller is providing junk and is never infracted that means they will just continue providing junk, causing buyers to continue to become angry and make complaints to SEOClerk staff along with both disputes in PayPal and other chargebacks when it was not even the fault of SEOClerks but the fault of that seller who wasn't providing a proper, legitimate Service.
I cannot imagine any buyer in the world who is interested in purchasing followers or likes they they're just going to lose within a few days, except for maybe in some very rare cases where they're only needed for a period of time but again, this would be very rare.
All sellers are held to the same standards and always have been ever since SEOClerks first began. Simply put, the reason a user is infracted for low quality Services is so they will either improve the Services or stop providing them.
