Cancelled orders due to Paypal disputes

I have had many orders cancelled due to the buyer claimed a dispute via Paypal even though the order was completed days ago.
Seoclerks deducts the amount from our balance to compensate the dispute even if everything was done as promised from our side.

Being a marketplace, a seller relies on all payments going through and it is your responsibility to assure that the payment becomes ours as soon as the order gets completed.

so instead of deducting it from seller's balance, its something you should take responsibility of.
