Late deliver/no communication orders?

I have 21 orders auto-marked as late delivery, will the system auto refund me? Some as far back as March 9.

Hello denverdonate,

Send a message to the seller and tell them to deliver your order. They may be working on your order.
At least you will get the status of your work.

Contact the seller, if he respond , allow him some extra times, if he don't respond contact the support team and cancel those orders.

Hi late order until remains late, if you or your buyer will not take any step. You can try to contact with him several time for filling your service requirement. If you do not get response ultimately, better is go for mutual cancellation. Then your late order will cancel. System will not cancel automatically and order never auto marked as completed.

its simple just contact to the support team and take cancel from the stuff

It is because of issues like this that the extra time delivery is being introduced so as to give sellers more time to deliver thier orders successfully. in your case, just try to send repeat messages often to notify hi about the orders because it could be in progress. if no response after all efforts, you can request mutual cancellation.
