Negative Review.

If one buyer after deliver the order wrote a positive message with satisfaction of the job in the review box but accidentally he/she clicked the button of thumb down mark and it indicates negative review. Is there any affect in the selling ?

It is a very sad news. It will affect to the business and also decreases the rating. It is better for you to contact to the buyer and resolve it by mutually.
