I wish there was a pending order tab on 'Manage Sales' dashboard that would allow sellers to track orders that a client says he has placed.
Maybe the pending orders tab could tell you what else needs to be done before the order is finalized. For instance, it might say the buyer's credit card is being processed or they still need to provide 'instructions to the seller', etc. I think they already tell you that in an email, but it would be good to have it on the dashboard, especially for sellers who get dozens of orders every day.
It would just be easier if something like that were available.
P.S. The reason I'm worried about this situation is that a buyer has ordered two services from me and it's been well over a day and I still am not able to see the order on my manage sales tab. I can't begin work if it does not show up. And, I know that other sellers have the same issue on occasion.
