How can I make the buyer answer me?

What if I have messaged the buyer repeatedly and he still won't respond. I don't want to cancel and lose money. I just want him to answer me to give better instructions to complete the job so that I can get paid. How can I make him answer me back?

I feel your frustration on this situation. Once, I waited awhile for a forum owner to answer back my question about when his forum would be back up. Apparently, the forum had either been sold or hosting not paid for, so it went offline. Rather than risking an over due service for a job you cannot perform, you should just offer a mutual cancellation. You will get other work.

If you file a help ticket with SEOClerks, maybe they can contact the buyer in some other way and insist upon an answer. Though most likely, they will just cancel the order and refund the buyer's money, so you will lose out.
