What would you do with cyber trolls on your blog?

What if you were away from your blog for a few days on vacation and came back to find out that someone was cyber bullying your readers via comments? How would you deal with that person?

Block them and ban their comments. Report the comments as spam so they get blocked elsewhere.

I agree with Robertman. You have to ban them and make sure they can not comment again.

Can their IP be reported to their internet service provider? Maybe if they are doing this to other bloggers, they would get banned from using that ISP.

Ban them for sure. And block all comments from that user and the IP.

I would have to ban them. There is not any reason for anyone to act like this and it would be very upsetting.

Yes I do not see why you can not report them to the internet provider? Makes sense to me.
