I can't find my private messages

I've received many notifications about conversations in Seoclerks, when I go to check I cant get to that conversation. Just confused about what's going on, why I'm getting messages if there are none.

Hi Sanfora, where does it redirect you to when click on the alerts? Are you sure they are private messages and not service comments? Are all the messages from one user or multiple users? Was there a number next to inbox when you received the alert? As far I am aware, people can’t delete private messages so if they sent you one, then there should be a message in your inbox.

You may want to open a support ticket at the ionicware helpdesk: https://ionicware.zendesk.com/ and I am sure they can inform you the reason behind this.

If it is a private message it should be in your Inbox. Or else click on Alerts and see what you have there.

If it was a comment made on an order you need to go to the Manage Sales where you will find each order you have currently, and click accordingly.

If it was a response/comment made on an order that was completed and delivered then click there as you can filter orders in that way.

If you remember the name of the person who sent you the message you can also search by the username.

I do not know if the person who sent the message could have deleted it after the email was sent. In that case you may wish to contact support with the reference number/ link stated in the email.

Hi sanfora what do you mean ?private messages. Do you mean inbox? And where did you get notification? Is it Alerts? As per as I know if any user send message to you by contact, you will get message to inbox and nobody will not delete until SEOclerks staff do so. So, here no way do not get message by inbox. Oh! another may did you check in setting area is your ?Receive Private Messages option on/off? if status is off, you will not get inbox message. So, check it now. And if any user leave comments under your service, you will get only notification either inbox message. So, check all possible things either if you think it is error, contact with staff by help desk.
