Create 3D floor plan

I'm offering to create or convert 2d floor plan into 3d floor plan, especially for apartment units. I'll be provide sketchup formats for 3d models and jpg for rendered images.

The price are $35 for base 3D floor plan. I can add furniture or another stuff, and you add more $15
